Birthday Daddy-Daughter Date!

The Chick-fil-A around the corner has fancy events once in a while. Of course, we had to do this one as it was right by her birthday! You have to call and make reservations and everything. It's super cute!

Lee was super impressed how fast I whipped up a pirates patch out of his old leather coat. He said he was the only dad there who dressed up and all the servers thought he was the coolest dad ever! We have visited that location since and seen that this pic has made the wall of fame!

I just discovered that this lady has a loose tooth! 

This is not allowed. I tickled her to death and made her promise to stop growing up immediately. 

Matching Cousins

Spent the Fourth of July weekend at the Ragsdales and these two got matchy! It was so cute to watch Bella mimick Evelyn all day long! 

Tandem with Aunt Shelly

We spent the day visiting Ragsdales in Temple, TX. Uncle Steven got out the tandem bike and everyone got a ride!

Even with her long legs and the seat as low as it could go, Eva couldn't reach the peddles at the low point, but that didnt stop her!

Game Day Pancakes

I gotta say, I really like Eva's soccer coach. His name is Kris Kidd and he is everything you would want for an all girls U5 soccer team. Always cheerful, cracking jokes, laughing instead of getting frustrated with little girls in la-la land, makes a big deal of all their improvements, and he's actually really good at working with the girls in the sport. He runs good drills and is really teaching them. 

He's super thoughtful too. He texted the team moms on Mother's Day to wish them a happy day. He's also all about girls. He noticed when Eva came to the first game with "Elsa Hair" and appluaded her team spirit. And for these team pics, he reminded the girls to come with fancy hair and everything! Then he was handing out passes for a free movie preview at the game on Saturday! (He works for ComicCom or something and got the passes through work...super nice!) He cracks me up and makes it fun for the girls and their families.
